Privacy and contact

This website is a demonstration of NeverMissed Support, provided by NeverMissed. Sample Prize Club is fictional.

What the demo stores

Messages typed into the help chat never leave your device. The demo runs entirely in your browser and keeps them in this browser's local storage so the Operator Platform view, opened in the same browser, can show how they were handled. They are deleted after a few hours, when an operator clears demo data, or when you clear this site's data. Numbers that look like card numbers, sort codes or stated passwords are removed before anything is stored.

Please use made-up details. There is no account system, no payment system and nothing is sent by email.

Cookies and tracking

The demo uses no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. The help chat keeps your conversation in this browser tab's session storage so it survives a page refresh. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.
