1. Passage support-1

   If taking part is causing money worries or stress, you can ask for a person at any time. You do not need to give personal details to get support information. Our Staying in control page explains how to set a lower spending limit or take a break.

2. Passage support-2

   Free, confidential help is available from independent organisations: the National Gambling Helpline, run by GamCare, on 0808 8020 133 (24 hours a day); StepChange for free debt advice on 0800 138 1111; and Samaritans on 116 123 (24 hours a day).
